The set includes four individual boxes in 6", 12", 18", and 24" heights. Each box can be used independently or securely stacked to create multiple height combinations, making it suitable for progressive training and athletes of different ability levels.
Constructed with a heavy-duty PVC coated fabric cover and a high-density rebond foam core, the boxes provide excellent shock absorption while maintaining their shape under repeated use. The soft exterior helps reduce the risk of injury during missed jumps, making them ideal for plyometrics, Cross Training, HIIT, and athletic conditioning.
